Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Atlas Annotate's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Atlas Annotate's platform for legitimate business purposes related to data annotation and machine learning workflows. This license does not include:

  • Modifying or copying our materials
  • Using materials for commercial purposes outside of agreed contracts
  • Attempting to reverse engineer any software
  • Removing any copyright or proprietary notations

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Data and Content

You retain all rights to the data you upload to our platform. By using our services, you grant Atlas Annotate a limited license to process and analyze your data solely for the purpose of providing annotation services. We will not share, sell, or use your data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Atlas Annotate strives to maintain high availability and performance standards:

  • Regular backups and disaster recovery procedures

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Atlas Annotate or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
